Account responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, managing user access, assigning permissions appropriately and ensuring that data entered into the platform is lawful and accurate.
Acceptable use
You may not use Tensorial to violate applicable law, abuse third-party services, send unauthorized communications, interfere with platform integrity or attempt unauthorized access to data, tenants or infrastructure.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid features may depend on an active subscription and valid billing information. Access to certain operational capabilities can be limited or suspended if subscription or compliance requirements are not met.
